Your Stay Options

All retreats are available in two formats:

Standard Week

  • Saturday to Saturday

  • 8 days / 7 nights

Short Week

  • Saturday to Wednesday

  • 4 nights

  • Departure on Wednesday after breakfast + transfer.

A short week follows the same rhythm — simply in a shorter format.

Getting here

Nearest Airport

Porto (OPO), Portugal.
Guests are responsible for booking their own flights.

Shared transfer organised by Ecotura.

Arrival (Saturday)
Pick-up around 15:30 at Porto Airport.
Exact meeting details confirmed after booking.

Departure
Leave the hamlet around 09:30.
Arrival at Porto Airport around 11:30–12:00

Cost: €125 return (paid locally).

Note: Times may shift slightly depending on flights.
Private transfers are available on request via a local taxi service: €170 per journey (paid locally).

Hiking formats

Guided Hiking Retreat

All hikes are fully guided

All hikes are guided and combined with daily yoga.

Hikes are independent, with morning briefings and logistical support.

Fitness & experience

Do I need yoga experience?

No — all levels are welcome, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

We are in the mountains. Hiking Retreats and Hiking & Yoga Retreats take place on mountain terrain, including:
• Uphill and downhill sections
• Uneven natural paths
• Rocky and forest trails

You should:
• Be used to walking regularly
• Feel comfortable on moderate mountain terrain
• Be comfortable walking for a few hours per day.

Difficulty level: Moderate
Daily distances vary by retreat: 5–14 km on Hiking & Yoga weeks; up to 17 km on Hiking retreats.
Self-guided weeks additionally require comfort following GPS routes (support is provided).

What to bring

The yoga studio is fully equipped,
but you may bring your own mat if you prefer.
